Role: Responsible for the analysis, design, configuration &amp; support of the SAP modules and Non SAP applications to meet the business needs of the organization. He/she works closely with internal business users in maintaining, troubleshooting and enhancing SAP functionality in all modules. Acts as a specialist in adding values in SAP landscape through knowledge of SAP module and its integration with other modules. The person should be an impactful contributor to the Digitization projects. Purpose: Anchor and own all application, development and Implementation of any digitization&nbsp; Responsibilities: - Maintain &amp; update of SAP and Non SAP applications along with the respective teams - Analyses business requirements to provide specialist level functional and configuration knowledge in designing SAP solutions &amp; non SAP Applications - Understands configuration dependencies and interrelationships between separate functional modules of SAP. - Conducts or participates in user requirements gathering &amp; documentation designs. - Ensures compliance with existing applications and development of required data and reporting standards. - Assists with responding to user requirements, problem resolution, develop designs, and process modeling. - Develops functional specifications and work with BASIS and ABAP resources to complete object development and testing. - Provides guidance on technical feasibility and appropriateness of proposed solutions when alternative solutions are available. - Performs break-fix analysis and recommend solutions - Identifies and raises issues to management to achieve resolution for FICO development tasks. - Maintains process documentation for all Application processes. - Works with data owners to fix data issues or to re-assign responsibilities. - Identifies and escalates issues and risks. - Coordination with SAP and Non SAP OEMs for support. - Seek, hire, and retain a strong, collaborative team of application experts. - Manage departmental budget, create forecasts, and react to emergent conditions - Strong vendor management - Enable execution of digitization program - Acquire strong domain &amp; business process understanding &nbsp;Other Responsibilities: - Understands and applies group company's methodologies and procedures. - Provides leadership in the development of functional skills in other team members through active knowledge sharing. - Provides detailed transactional information to auditors as required.
