Our Client is a big name in Cosmetics Space. They are looking for someone who can come on board and develop the Salon function for them.  Reporting to the Sales Head, this person would be responsible for:  - Building the Salon Channel for them from scratch  - Enhancing salon channel sales   - Creating a strong revenue stream from salon sales - with Gross Contribution more than 20% of the total sales   - Starting the new business single handedly - Clarity on how the salon sales business operate   - Guiding the Product team on development of new products in particular to the sales through Salon channel  - Benchmarking competition - and creating strategy to break into the market  An ideal candidate should have atleast 10 yrs of relevant Sales experience in the Salon Space. S(He) should be confident to build the team from scratch and grow that particular business.
