The Head we are looking for will lead the Salesforce Practice within Customer Advisory. This role is primarily for the Domestic (India) market though the candidate will work with the larger global team to create assets, services and also collaborate to provide proposals / solutions to Global clients.

His / Her role will be to:

- Consolidate the current practice and team; grow it to serve the domestic and KPMG network clients

- Own the P/L and drive numbers; Drive both top and bottom line

- Create the Salesforce plan for the next 3 years to drive large deals. In doing so he / she will work with the other teams within and across Management Consulting (MC) and the Industry teams to create solutions and go to market

- Demonstrate technical capabilities and professional knowledge in the areas mentioned in the previous section

- Create and / or facilitate thought leadership in the area and brand for this service in the market

- Be part of the Global and local Customer Advisory team

- Responsible for his / her own career planning, performance development and that of the team members

THE INDIVIDUAL -

- Should come with at least 14-15 years of experience

- Should possess a strong understanding of SalesForce eco-system - platforms, accelerators, players associated technologies

- The individual should have worked in a particular sector for at least a period of 3 years

- Should have a strong understanding of the application architecture, industry solutions, integration across multiple other systems necessarily enterprise applications, mobility solution, middle ware integration, call center solution, social media solutions, and digital platforms including e-commerce. Should be able to weave the story right from conceptualizing the solution to implementation of the solution including analytics and actionable insights

- He / She should be entrepreneurial, be a market maker and have connects in the India Market with deep acumen for business development

- He / She should have driven profitable P/Ls and created practices

- Should possess strong written and verbal communication skills

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Possess strong data analytics skills and knowledge of advanced data analytical tools

- Demonstrate integrity, values, principles and strong work ethic

- Have the ability to work with multiple stakeholders and navigate complex environment
