- Budgeting the overall sales targets of H.C.P-Annually & Monthly
- Identification and segregation of potential Market Segments.
- Plan out the Sales & Marketing strategies as per the nation/state/branch/HQs
- Brand wise strategies to strengthen each product.
- Interact with the R&D team for new product development.
- Prepare & submit business plan of HCP to management for five years
- Responsible for overall & segment-wise revenue generation of HCP business-Trade-Cattle, Trade-Poultry, Institutional & International as per budget.
- Achievement of Brand wise targets.
- Improvement the Company market share from the overall market share of the industry
- Ensure the overall bottom line of HCP division.
- Suggest and evaluate methods to reduce the cost and improve margins on products.
- Ensure the growth of overall division, as per the budget.
- Direct and oversee the company marketing function to strengthen the marketing activities.
- Monitor market Intelligence within the industry in terms of market development, new projects, competitive activity, new customers etc.
- Develop strong communication tools to reach to end-users.
- Introduction of digital promotion activities.
- Revenue generation through new account development and key account management.
- Visit to important vendors & distributors-nationally & internationally
- Initiate in co-ordination with HR department appropriate, training and development for the entire team.
- Prepare tomorrow's leader through continuous succession planning strategies.
- Undertake Performance appraisals of direct reports and strengthen their performance through constructive feedback.
- Retention of people.
