REQUIREMENTS:
- Build and manage a team of business development professionals who will be responsible for generating business from our venue partners.
- Identify a venue to pursue for partnerships and keep making new partnerships every week
- Be responsible for setting and negotiating terms with our venue partners
- Meet venue owners or other key decision-makers in hotels to close deals
- Set & achieve aggressive lead generation targets from this partnership targets
REQUIREMENTS:
- Highly skilled in relationship building and managing
- Extensive experience in building B2B partnerships & deal making
- Very strong negotiation skills
- Leadership experience in hospitality/hotel industry is a big plus
- Experience in closure of large deals is a big plus
