Hiring for a Head - Sales role for a travel Company.

Following are the KRA's :

- To spearhead the Business Development and Sales initiative for the India business

- Ensure products are promoted at all customer areas, special projects and events.

- Maintain good communications and relationships with all internal and external customers and work towards achieving organizational goals. Build a good rapport with the guests through the use of interpersonal skills and knowledge of products.

- Show initiative and prove own capabilities in all aspects of job and maintain confidentiality at all times concerning customers and other administration information.

- Spearhead sales initiative by making sales calls, set up meetings and pitch product offering to clients.

- Independently communicate with existing and new clients via email, telephone, letters, official visits and independently conduct product orientations, help design products, provide quotations and program itineraries.

- Take overall accountability for leads and be accountable for the entire customer fulfillment process with a strong emphasis on timelines, quality and cordiality.

- Maintain a track and be accountable for the entire client retention and client engagement process.

- Engage with suppliers, luxury service providers to receive itineraries, program costs for enquiries, and coordinate product development with team.

- Your contribution will include but not be limited to arrangement of airline reservations, issue tickets and vouchers, plan and organize accommodation, ground reservations, ensure confirmation of services.

- Liaise with team and assist to design, develop & execute marketing and promotional campaigns and consequently engage with existing and prospective customers to implement strategies to market products (via regular email campaigns, call center activities or other) by best utilizing available data from internal and external sources such as customer databases, leads generated by the business development team and through own initiatives.

Required : 12- 15 years of experience.

Educational qualification : MBA

Experience in Outbound Sales.
