Responsibilities:

- Formulate/prepare strategies, develop sales plan and team structure, monitor implementation of the sales plan, focus on key high spenders, innovate, develop and champion smart-sell initiatives, conduct periodic sales reviews and guide the team with the objective of meeting the budgeted sales targets.

Candidates should have 16+ years of total experience including atleast 5-6 years of recent experience in Travel domain.
