Sales Head- West and South India
Responsibilities:
The person should possess a strategic approach to selling and strive to meet/exceed revenue goals, who will always have clients- best interest in mind and act as their internal advocate to ensure they are set up for success.
- Drive revenue by prospecting and building pipeline while building strong personal relationships with potential clients
- Develop and execute on a strategic plan for the territory and create reliable forecasts
- Work to develop and circulate the set of best practices that will be the foundation of this growing team
- Should be able to understand problems from Business Leaders across Industry verticals that can be effectively addressed through Training interventions in a systematic Way.
- Work closing with the Content team and Trainers in customizing solutions for specific Clients / Verticals.
Requirements :
- Preferably MBA degree or equivalent
- 8-10+ years of Sales experience having a consultative approach in Selling.
- Exposure in selling to Business Heads.
- Experience with recruitment/ staffing/ HR solutions/ RPO/ other allied Industries
- Excellent communication, negotiation and forecasting skills
- Ability to work independently and eagerness to work in a start-up culture/ eco system
