Role :

Reporting into the HR Head & Business Head,you will be responsible for :

- Leading Sales & Behavioral training Pan India

- Instrumental in setting up a framework for the sales training program

- Work very closely with the sales force to designing various productivity enhancement interventions

As a successful candidate, you should have :

- Minimum 15+ years of experience in designing and delivering sales training programs

- You should have preferable worked in organisations with large sales force

- Good exposure to working with vendors
