Responsibilities

- Developing training strategies and plans aligned with business unit objectives.

- Integrating training and development strategies and designs with other human resource sub processes like performance management and compensation.

- Expertise in conducting robust training need assessment processes for effective training design.

- Establishing and periodically reviewing the methods for monitoring effectiveness of training program at learning, behavioural and results levels.

- Developing training curriculum; formulating & reviewing training outlines and determining appropriate instructional methodologies.

- Team Management

Outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
