1. Responsible for managing training at country level.

2. To establish business partnership and execute strategic business priorities that will achieve corporate goals.

3. To establish Sales Training Academy for sales professionals to develop the capabilities & thereby help to improve the sales effectiveness in the market place.

4. Responsible for Building, managing and developing the local training team including the National & Regional Training Managers and establish business partnership and execute strategic business priorities that will achieve corporate goals.

4. Ensure all training material meets legal and scientific standards of accuracy and integrity.

5. Improve subordinates- performance by coaching and conducting train the trainer programs.

6. Organize Induction Training Programs for the Sales Professionals.

7. Organize New Product Launch Training Programs in collaboration with Medical & Marketing Team.

8. Develop & implement coaching cascade for Sales Professionals with the help of Sales & SFE teams.

9. Track the level of knowledge & skill of Sales Professionals, maintain accurate database & produce reports as per the

need of the senior management.

10. Help build the Best-in-Class Training & Development Infrastructure & partner in building the best field force

in the country by Rep Certification Program through Sales Training Academy.

11. Prepare training calendar & deliver the training programs as per the calendar.

12. Identify & utilize the expertise of outside Training Agencies for conducting the training programs as per the need.

13. Develop & maintain e-learning module for the Sales Professionals.

14. Conduct Field testing of new visual aids with KOLs for delivery of the Key messages & esthetics.
