Head - Sales Training - CPG - IIM/XLRI

Required for a reputed CPG Company.

The incumbent will be overall responsible for Sales Training.

The incumbent should be full time MBA passed out in 2005 / 2006 / 2007 from premiere institute (like IIM’s, FMS Delhi, MDI, JLBIM, XLRI, IIFT, SPJIMR etc) with 3– 4 yrs of experience in Sales and Distribution and at least 2 - 3 yrs of experience in Sales Training with reputed CPG / Telecom / Retail / Banking / Insurance Company.
