Head of Sales Training will be responsible for designing and implementing learning and development programs to elevate the skills and knowledge of our retail store teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with the company's objectives and values.
- Create and update training curriculum and materials for different roles within the retail stores, including sales associates, store managers, and beauty advisors.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and provide suitable training solutions.
- Design and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions on topics such as product knowledge, customer service, sales techniques, and brand values.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of training programs across all retail stores.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback mechanisms, and make improvements as necessary.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously improve training programs.
- Manage and mentor a team of trainers and learning specialists.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing effective learning and development programs in a retail environment, preferably in the beauty or fashion industry.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
