Position Objective
To improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Trade Lighting Business by driving various initiatives under the supervision of NSH- Trade Lighting Sales.
Reporting: NSH Trade Lighting
- To drive Company brand in ECM through dealer Network across India.
- Company brand Responsibility End to End: To coordinate with PMG, Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics and NSH.
- To Publish the Marketing activities for Company brand.
- To Publish and achieve sales Plan for Company Brand as per deployed numbers.
- To appoint New Dealers if required and also to establish Company brand in Existing Dealer Network.
- To identify poor performing areas with root cause and ensure to bring them up to the mark with appropriate support and establish Company Brand.
- Inter personal skills and coordinate with all departments to achieve Brand Company Target.
- Collect the competitors pricing, schemes, commercial policies, POSM. information from ASM & submit to NSH & Marketing Head on monthly basis.
- Design the Sales Schemes based on above information (As per Budget available).
- Prepare action plan on the basis of analysis of MIS reports for all Trade Lighting SKU's quantity wise /Value Wise.
- Share analysis of MIS data /action plan with all ASM's & TSM/TSI.
- Proper launch of new products, SKU's at all Dealer points as per go to market strategy shared by marketing department & ensure that each TSI/ TSM achieving new product targets month wise for Company Brand
- Collect daily/weekly/ monthly sales forecast plan (Product category wise/ State Wise) from sales force & ensure team achieves as per plan allocated to them.
- Monthly Market Visit as and when required.
- Connect & support to top dealers who contributes 80% of revenue (Pan India).
- Analysis and review the De-growing Trade Lighting SKU's MIS and collect the counter measure from each sales force. Submit the same to NSH.
- Collect the A & B class outlet list from TSI/TSM for Brand visibility purpose.
