Head - Sales - Temp/Contract Staffing

Job Specifications:

Looking for a passionate sales & delivery candidates, who can drive this vertical for us in Technology & Non-Technology areas and take it forward in a bigger way. We are looking for our next level expansion in this vertical and wanted to create a niche for ourselves in this industry.

Willing to travel extensively across the globe, ability to sell the existing pool and grow our numbers multi fold in next 6 - 8 months.

Should be in a position to drive this vertical from scratch, end-to-end and act as a key stake holder for the company

Strong leader who is passionate about creating a niche for the company, in this industry

Strong sales experience in this vertical with very good communication skills.

Ability to manage teams remotely.

6-12 years of relevant experience.

Location is not a constraint as long as the deliveries are met.

Good cash component (fixed & variable) + ESOPS with potential to grow to become a partner director with stake in the company.
