The Job :
We are seeking to identify a Sales Strategy and Marketing Head he will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance the company's market position. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, leadership, and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibility :
- Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth.
- Implement robust sales forecasting processes and tools, analyse sales data and market trends to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of sales strategies with overall company objectives, including product management, enablement, and sales.
- Oversee digital marketing, content creation, and social media initiatives to enhance the company's online presence.
- Build and implement a robust sales enablement program to empower the sales team with the knowledge, tools, and resources needed for effective selling.
- Plan, coordinate, and review the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with different stakeholders to align marketing campaigns with business objectives and optimize performance through creative experimentation.
