Detailed Job Description

- The candidate will be required to spearhead sales enablement and strategic distribution initiatives for the organization

- Be abreast with market trends and work with both internal and external stakeholders and industry experts to proactively build capabilities

- Benchmarking, process analysis, communication, change management and strategy development and deployment for performance & operational efficiency matrices for the organization vis-a-vis industry & global standards

- Independently design, implement, track and monitor business & underline performance matrices via project planning, execution, and delivery

- To develop key matrices/work streams for strategic initiatives in close liaison with sales and service departments and other stakeholders to ensure effective execution of the strategy

- Forecasting of business performance & identify the underlying resources to improve and performance by helping functions/channels to design and implement initiatives to correct these underlying matrices

- Provide a governance structure to ensure accountability and enable the predictability of the outcomes of each strategic initiative

- Design, develop and lead the organization's distribution strategy and ensure that it is aligned to the mission, vision and long-term performance improvement

Candidate's Profile

- The candidate should have > 10 years of overall work experience within Strategy and PMO function in BFSI or in the Financial Services practice of any Business consulting firm

- Experience in effective time-bound project execution

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information at all levels

- Financial Analysis, business modeling and market benchmarking experience is a must

- Exposure to successful programme management in multi-disciplinary organizations
