Head of Sales Strategy & GTM

Designation : Head of Sales Strategy & GTM

Location : HO, Noida 135

Job Description:

- Responsible for owning complete sales strategy for Client acquisition business to growth sales and productivity

- Responsible for managing all the Sales enablement & Go to market strategy for Inhouse & channel sales team of 6000+ people for Client Acquisition business unit

- Responsible for data analysis, business modelling to identify different levers for business growth through internal and external stakeholders

- Responsible to analyze various sales productivity & efficiency levers and enable sales team for better functioning, reduce cost of acquisition and smooth operations.

- Working with the cross functional teams for smooth functioning of inhouse / channel partners / Distributors in terms of onboarding, training, commission model and ROI

- Managing a team of program & product managers, Business analysts to drive various initiatives, schemes, programs for sales organization

- Working with the 3rd party agencies for conceptualizing & execution of programs in automations, channel engagement, training, DSA pay-outs etc.

- Understanding best practices across industries, building market intelligence & benchmarking and replicating it to improve business performance

- Development of GTM materials including pitch decks, POVs and thought leadership collaterals

- Responsible for the GTM of the incentive / Retention / Sales schemes measuring its success and ensuring the right budget allocations

- Co-ordinating with various key stakeholders in smooth functioning of the product and seeking relevant feedback and integrating the feedback in the product

- Prior experience in Sale Enablement roles / GTM from E-Commerce / Telecom / FMCG / FMCD / Start-up industries

- Zonal Sales Managers / Regional Sales Manager / Branch Managers / Managers / Sales Executives

- Business Heads / Product Heads

- Finance Team

- HR & Admin Team

- External Channel Partners

Attributes:

- Self-Driven and high on ownership

- Good Verbal and written communication with presentation skills

- Problem-solving attitude

- Competency in MS Office especially MS-Excel & MS PowerPoint

- Knowledge of SQL/Python/R is an-add on

- In-depth knowledge of various analysis

- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Experience:

- 5+ Year of minimum experience

Qualification: Graduate (B.Tech Preferred) + MBA
