Exp- Candidate should have more than 15 years of experience in Pan India domestic sales, International (ME, Europe, Africa), Govt sales/project sales experience of the products.
Mandatory - Must have experience in Sheets & Pipes
Team Handling - Must have handled 20-25 people

1. Brand Building
- Build strong network , with a long term vision
- Evolving suitable strategies to create Customer Loyalty, Dealer & Distributor Loyalty.
- Product positioning with long term vision.
2. Pricing
- Building a mechanism to track market prices, duly backed-up by a tailor-made database and developing mechanism for price discovery for company's products; Setting up an independent market research team.
- Strategic thinking for higher NSR with higher volume.
3. Team Handling
- Lead a team of sales managers/executives including region in-charges.
- Evaluate, review, analyze and monitor periodic sales reports, potential sales, client base expansion.
- Sales forecasting and sets goals for team accordingly.
4. Coordination
- Coordination with various functional heads at plant and head office for timely execution of orders and financial closure of deals.
- Handle quality issues and resolve customer complaints timely.
Candidate Profile : Graduates + MBAs aged 40-50 with 15 - 23 years experience of heading & handling the entire Sales & Marketing functions of a specialized steel products manufacturing organization. Must have experience in domestic and International Sales and Exports.
