Head - Sales (Only Tata Steel Candidate May Apply)
- Develop B2B customers in Pan India Locations with the help of Customer Acquisition Managers.
- Responsible for Entire Enterprise sales.
- Develop insights into B2B Sales expansion, prioritization, roll out
- Focus on team development and business growth in new products and segments in a new organizational structure
- Meeting revenue targets and driving contract finalization, ensuring matching expected Share of Business position and providing order generation and fulfillment in line with customers' schedules
- Achieve Working Capital targets through inventory and credit management and implementation of suitable / alternate financing schemes.
- Identify opportunities for new product / customer development and uproot product lines to meet new product sales promise
- Improve customer satisfaction and customer loyalty through operational excellence in the parameters of Quality, Cost, Delivery and Development, accounts and other statutory matters
- Coach and mentor team and associates on business processes through on the job training including guidelines for best safety practices at workplace.
- Develop Customer and Market insights on consumption sectors and identify the mix of products and segments to cater to with an objective of revenue maximization
- Map the current / future needs of the customers in the chosen segments to arrive at the appropriate product/services offered
- Implementation of company specific objective such as TQM, TOC, CST
- Ensure implementation of and drive improvement projects as per defined processes for each initiative
- Formulation of Annual and Five-year plan with regards to volume price forecast, share of business, new product development and gross turnover.
