The smartphone industry is growing rapidly and e-tail as a sales medium is evolving fast as the preferred way to acquire new phones. The Client is looking for a creative and passionate leader to take charge of our product sales particularly Mobile Assist in the e-tail and online ecosystem through partnerships.

The Sales Head for Digital ecosystem will be responsible for developing client relationships with all major eCommerce entities, managing promotions and custom development, sponsorships etc.

Client is looking for a candidate who will consistently deliver both long term strategic sales as well as tactical short term deals and constantly be driving towards maximizing the revenue opportunities across all accounts.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Responsible for generating Sales revenues across e-commerce platforms at PAN India level for Client's products with special emphasis on Mobile protection products.

- Define a strategic, collaborative and sustainable monetization framework and lead the sales performance metrics.

- Build and maintain strong blue-chip client relationships.

- An excellent strategic sense with the ability to execute and grow the existing e-tailer network.

- Ability to develop innovative advertising programs maximizing avenues for monetization.

- An entrepreneurial approach to business and an understanding of the challenges and opportunities of working in a fast growing organization.

- Extremely strong written, verbal and presentation skills.

- Detail oriented with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements :

- Masters Degree in marketing from a premier institute.

- 10 - 12 years experience in strategic, category sales and partnerships in e-commerce /mobile platforms.

- Relies on extensive experience and judgement to plan and accomplish sales plans.

- Experience and success in recruiting and retaining a high performance sales team and a demonstrated ability to lead and manage a diverse sales team.

- Needs to have strong operational capability and excellent people management skills.

- In depth knowledge of best practices in sales, lead management, service retail, below the line marketing and brand development.

- Sharp business acumen and a commercial mindset.
