Chief Sales and Marketing officer for Agro Chemicals Business
- Responsible for Business plan and Agrochemical BU Sales management
- The incumbent is responsible for Sales, Marketing, Branding activities (All India) Branding, Mass media, MIS, Scouting for new markets and segments,
- Introduction of New Grades of Fertilizers, Product communication, achieving the liquidation for Fertilizers through co-ordination with Zonal managers and training and motivating Marketing Officers of India.
- The main thrust of this position is Sales & Marketing, branding for future business growth and new grade introduction and MIS.
- To take a key role in Demand Forecasting module and work on bottom up approach for sales team.
- Motivating the sales team to achieve the best results possible, Setting activity and revenue targets for members of the sales team.
- Develops growth targets, business objectives and brand strategies for the brand that aligns with global business plan.
- Works collaboratively with marketing communications to execute packaging designs consistent with a determined communications hierarchy.
- Analyzes market, consumer, and competitive information to support brand manager in setting new product pricing and managing price on existing items.
- Extensive Network of all kinds of Input Suppliers and manufactures region wise across India.
- Deep and vast knowledge on inputs used in agriculture and changing trends.

Qualification And Experience:
- Bsc / Msc -Agriculture / Botany /Chemistry . MBA in Agribusiness Management / Marketing will be an added advantage.
- 15-25 years of experience of working in agrochemical or pesticide industry in & Should have worked in North Region.
- Candidate should have atleast 5 + yrs of experience as a Business Head for North Region.
- Should have strong product and market knowledge.
