Head - Sales - Software Solutions (4-6 yrs)
We are looking for an energetic and motivated professional to join our business development team with previous experience in software solution sales and/or business development.
We are looking for a North India sales head to shape our sales organization and scale revenue to the next level. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting a sales strategy and building out a team of associate Account manager across the enterprise and corporate sales, Your main role will be to identify, win and retain clients in North India with a strong customer focus and excellent interpersonal skills, you will confidently manage the full corporate sales cycle from initial enquiry to closure.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Acquire in-depth knowledge of the Organization's software
2. Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals
3. Assists in the development of the sales plan.
4. Land and expand: build process and funnel for manual top-down reach out, onboarding, activation, and expansion
5. Evangelize the product and personally help close the largest deals
6. Work collaboratively across teams - including Engineering, Product, and Marketing
7. Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development
8. Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally
9. Competitor and customer analysis to identify & explore potential markets
Desired Skills and experience :
1. 4-6 years of relevant sales/business development experience in the technology industry.
2. Minimum 2 years in strong leadership and team-building skills.
3. Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
4. Experience in CRM/ERP or B2B Enterprise level software
5. Experience in SaaS/Cloud is an added advantage
6. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written
7. Self-motivated and target driven
8. Prepared to travel
