Role: Sales Head - Software Services
CTC: Rs 70-90 Lacs + Performance Pay
Job Description:
1. Manage & deepen relationship with selected Banks & other Financial Institutes in NBFCs in India, Europe and ME market
2. New Business Acquisition: Manage full sales cycle from initiation to contract closure including - understanding customer requirements, clarifications, define pricing model, risk identification & mitigation, customer DEMO, customer sitevisits, presentations, commercial negotiations.
3. Strategic Account Management: Identify & suggest solutions about potential new offerings/ opportunities in existing accounts through proactive sales
4. Co-ordination between multiple stakeholders including client partners, delivery teams, finance, legal, crossfunctional teams for responding to RFPs/RFIs
Desired Profile:
1. Must have excellent connects in India, Europe and ME market into Banking and Finance segment
2. Must have worked on huge targets, majorly responsible for adding NEW logos/ clients
3. Exceptional communication skills. Should have managed a small sales team
4. Willing to work In Mumbai
