Head - Sales - SME Segment - Financial Services - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

Education : MBA from a top tier college is a Must

Role:

- Onboard SMEs / micro-enterprises on the Vital platform - identify and develop partnerships with relevant players/aggregators

- Acquisition directly through online and offline channels

- Recruit and manage a team of sales manager

Requirements :

- At least 5 years of experience in selling products/services to SMEs

- Extensive understanding of various channels for reaching out to the SMEs

- Prefer someone with experience in selling financial (payment gateways, banks, NBFCs), insurance or payroll products to SMEs

- MBA from a top tier college is a MUST HAVE
