Job Description - Reporting into the National Head of Sales, you will be responsible for :
- Managing budget and achieving projected revenue targets for the business including strategy, planning, execution and operations in line with the corporate policies
- Recruiting, building and leading a high performance sales team including training and mentoring of team members to ensure individual growth in line with business objectives
- Sustaining and growing revenue by new client acquisitions, renewing existing clients and identifying new business opportunities keeping in view overall health of the portfolio
- Managing the team for end-to-end client relationships including pitching, acquisition, onboarding, documentation, disbursement, collections and troubleshooting
- Ensuring quality, consistency and local effectiveness of product sales and merchant marketing
The Successful Candidate :
- You will have 8-12 years of relevant sales experience in the SME, micro enterprises or merchant acquisitions space.
- You will have a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and building high performance sales teams preferably in a high growth environment.
- Excellent people management skills, written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills and an innate ability to drive and motivate a large team will be distinguishing factors
