Head - Sales - SME Business

Requirement Details

- 15+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management

- Understanding of the Indian Online SME segment

- At least 10+ years of experience in managing and leading a Business Acquisition (Sales), preferably in the SME Team

- Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Relevant experience in Fintech, preferably in PG/online payments would be an advantage.

- A self-starter who can work own new initiatives / horizontal charters independently.

- Strong interpersonal skills & vision to lead a growing business to fruition.

- MBA from top institutes

- Edutech/Fintech/PG/Payments or BFSI industry is also preferred.
