Job Description - Responsible for driving sales for the SMB segment, handle a team as well as handle a set of large accounts by their own. The person will drive the entire SMB number, report to the Head of Sales and will be based out of Gurgaon.

Client Details

A client is a segment leader in the software product space, with a strong clientele base amongst some of the most identifiable brands in India

Description :

- Prepare and submit annual sales plan and budget to Head of Sales for approval, covering the entire product portfolio and project revenues

- Design and implement sales strategies to ensure achievement of sales and targets

- Design & submit MIS to management in the approved format and decided periodicity

- Drive the sales as an Individual contributor as well as a team manager.

- Submit periodic market intelligence report to Head of Sales on Market trends, contemporary Products andcompetitor's practices

- Provide feedback to management on market response to new product launches

- Ensure implementations of approved sales promotions schemes across the SMB Vertical.

- Need to maintain 100% adherence to the processes and policies of the company.

- Responsible for educating and training the sales team regarding company/vertical vision, values, processes and policies.

Profile

Need to Have :

- Strong target oriented mindset

- Understanding of the software sales cycle background in Software product sales

- Entrepreneurial mindset, preferable working in his own startup/leading the business vertical of one

Education :

Should be a Post Graduate/MBA in any discipline

Work Experience

1 The overall experience of 12 to 15 years in Software sales/IT Service sales industry
2 About 5 years of experience in handling a team of min 4 to 5 people
3 Direct selling Experience in B2B -SMB Sales
4 Local/Working knowledge of NCR Region
