With multiple dedicated teams of Brand Managers at the helm, the advertising platform is one of our foremost revenue drivers.

Designation: Sales Head- Smart Devices

Exp: 6-8 years of sales experience

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

1. General Trade:

- Lead the development of a new trade channel focused on distributors and retailers.

- Create and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the company's reach.

- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the distribution network to ensure smooth operations and sales growth.

2. D2C Sales on Company's Channel:

- Lead a 2-tier team of sales associates and leads to drive daily sales via product demonstrations.

- Develop and implement strategies to optimize direct-to-consumer sales on the company's channel.

- Monitor sales metrics and performance to ensure targets are met and exceeded.

3. Builder Sales (B2B):

- Establish and nurture relationships with builders and developers to promote our smart devices.

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our products.

- Secure bulk orders from new projects and oversee the execution of these orders.

4. Other Sales Channels:

- Identify and forge partnerships with interior companies to drive sales through collaborative efforts.

- Develop joint marketing and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and product visibility.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 6-8 years of sales experience, with a proven track record in driving sales growth.

- At Least 3 years of experience in leading/managing sales teams.

- Experience in the smart devices or technology industry is a plus.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
