Responsibilities:
- Spearhead a quota-focused sales motion with precision and efficiency.
- Mentor and empower the next level of sales leadership and teams to ensure success in revenue quota achievement.
- Identify and drive scalable sales engagements with high-growth enterprise customers for our spectrum of enterprise products.
- Maintain an active and robust deals pipeline, ensuring a high velocity of conversion.
- Assist in accurately forecasting and meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly quotas.
- Contribute to building success stories with our enterprise customers across various segments.
Requirements :
- Over 14 years of proven experience in value-based selling of enterprise product portfolios.
- More than 8 years of successful leadership experience in managing diversified outbound sales teams, covering enterprises, digital natives, and channel partner-led motions.
- Consistent track record of exceeding revenue quota goals and enhancing sales team productivity with a commitment to high integrity and transparency.
- Proficiency in driving high-velocity and sustainable big-ticket size deal cycles end-to-end across enterprise accounts, emphasizing longer-term engagements.
- Excellent track record in leading hunting and key accounts management (KAM) focused farming sales motions.
- Adept at devising successful sales quota-focused activation strategies.
- Structured and process-oriented approach to sales-focused operational cadences and reporting.
- Strong understanding and experience of how SaaS/CPaaS/telco products can deliver value for enterprises at scale.
- Exceptional ability to collaborate and set expectations with cross-functional teams internally and externally, producing productive outcomes.
- Proven ability to be a trusted business partner to customer leadership teams, demonstrating proficiency in understanding business problems and qualifying them into new sales opportunities with a solution-first approach.
- Skilled at empowering and growing the next level of sales leadership and teams.
- Self-driven and highly motivated individual with a keen eye for detail.
- Firm belief in leveraging the company's culture to drive sales team development, customer and partner alignment, and scalable sales motions.
- Exposure to international markets would be considered an added advantage.
Additional Preferred Qualifications :
- Previous experience working with mobile applications.
- A good understanding of mobile and communication platform technologies.
- Exposure to consumer/customer-focused experience (CX) based life cycles.
