Head - Sales - Retail (12-25 yrs)

Job Description - The role will be responsible for managing the entire retail format for the organization across EBOs, SIS and LFR.

Client Details : The client is a luxury retail brand headquartered in Paris. The company has over 15 operational brands in India across 250+ EBOs.

Description :

- Execute the Retail strategy at an affiliate level, with the aim of driving sales.

- Drive teams to achieve operational excellence in stores, providing strategically relevant management in market on retail trends and best practices, and improving the delivery of Store Design and Visual Merchandising to enhance store experience.

- Partner with GMs and local Brand Leadership to deliver best-in-class retail execution and experiences for in-store and at POS.

- Drives Key Account Management across all brands to leverage full power of the portfolio with key retailers.

- Executes the commercial plan as developed by the brands and delivers the corporate and brand gross to net sales objectives.

- Leads negotiations with retailers, in close partnership with Brand Managers.

- Leads negotiations with Retailers, in close partnership with Brand Managers and General Manager.

- Leads and drives the Field forces, according to brand specific consumer journey.

- Develops and ensures effective delivery of Affiliate Education and consumer experience program, in coordination with the brands.

Profile :

- 10+ Years of relevant managerial experience.

- Experience with all aspects of brand management, broad and deep knowledge of brand-building activities, strong financial background.

- Good industry knowledge and network of relationships in the industry - with customers, distributors, retailers, suppliers, advertising agencies, and other business partners

- Strong influencing and presentation skills.

- Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to interact with multiple stakeholders.

- Excellent coach, good listener; Skilled at winning people over.

- Team player, inspires and mentors a team, likes to lead by example, inspires enthusiasm.

- Ability to relate with different stakeholders and enjoys the fast-paced retail environment
