Roles & Responsibilities:
- He / She would be responsible for sales and business development through omni channel platforms (Offline/E-Commerce) and franchisee model business of all stores across Bangalore including P&L of the brands.
- Build and enhance customer offerings and experience
- Build the team capability across departments ready for expansion
- Head Retail design, implement, and monitor effective business strategies that align with organization's business goals.
- Co coordinating with multiple stake holders for the development of the stores
- Responsible for the Market expansion and Organisational growth
Qualification & Experience:
- Should be MBA with 10 years of experience in managing stores preferably from
- Food and Consumer Business.
