Description - Responsible for sales of the current and future residential portfolio through Direct and Channel Sales.

One of the top three leading developers in the Country with a diverse portfolio spread across the Retail, Residential and Commercial Sector.

Job Description :

- Understand the demand and Supply Structure of the residential space, including the pricing strategy and expected rates for the residential project.

- Develop a Sales Brief for the particular Projects and formulate a target list of Potential clients

- Work alongside the Marketing Team to plan launches/ marketing summits for the properties by inviting channel partners and potential clients

- Understand the client requirements and expectations in terms of budgets, physical infrastructure requirements, technical requirements etc

- Make sure the Sales Team achieves the Monthly Sales Targets

- Manage effective negotiations and finalisation/ closing of deals in a timely and effective manner

Profile :

- Graduate, MBA (Preferred)

- 10-15 years of Work Ex.

- Should have an experience in Sales in a Developer Role/ IPC

- Should have an understanding of the current industry trends

- Good negotiation skills

- Good Network of Channel partners
