Job responsibilities :

- Managing Channel buying (Supply) and Selling, Project Sales (Demand Side) for Certified PreOwned (CPO) devices

- Develop and implement effective Demand Side strategies

- Build and Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets on Supply Side

- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts

- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the CPO business

- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements

- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts

- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities

- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs

- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency

- Keep abreast of new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board

- Provide inputs to development of technology that will air and provide process differentiation in the market

- Provide input to development of reporting framework to manage the business operationally and strategically

- Develop and refine the business process for scale, repeatability and delivery of value

Skillset required :

- Hands on sales experience of sales of Mobiles and Laptops in India

- Previous working experience as a National/Regional Sales Manager for 3-5 Years

- In depth knowledge of managing a high-performance sales team

- Applicable experience of sales performance metrics

- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Customer oriented with strong negotiation skills

- Analytical and data driven problem solver

- Excellent Customer Relationship Management

- Ability to build and lead the team

- Mature & stable personality

- Key Skills sales head marketing head business development

Total experience : 8 - 14 Years

Any specific Education :


Preferred : Qualification MBA/ bachelor's degree
