Responsibilities:

- In-Depth knowledge of Home Buildings/Real Estate Market Place, Competitor Analysis, Sales Cycle, Strategic Planning ensuring an Increase in Sales & Revenue - Operational Efficiency.

- Conceptualizing sales strategy with team, comprising of Manager and Asst. Manager

- Provide strategic direction and leadership to ensure targeted sales are achieved. This includes concept formulation, feasibility study and detailed sales strategy for upcoming commercial and residential projects

- Counsel & provide an explanation of documents and procedure to clients throughout the real-estate buying experience.

- Demonstrated good managerial skills along with motivating team on how to approach a sales closure.

- Inherent traits include best of people skill, patient understanding and always motivated for a sales closure.

- Credentials of achieving sales closure in minimal turnaround time.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients by identifying, responding and providing solutions to their needs

Requirements:

- Should have sales and marketing experience

- Should have experience with commercial project

- Should have worked with promoters

- Should have hospitality and operational experience
