Job Description:

As the Head of Sales , you will play a pivotal role in driving our residential property sales strategy and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. You will lead a dynamic sales team and be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the residential sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets for residential properties, including houses and villas.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, setting clear goals and targets.

Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies and pricing.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.

Sales Process Management: Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and qualification to property closing.

Negotiation: Lead negotiations with potential buyers, ensuring favorable terms and closing deals effectively.

Sales Collateral: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop sales collateral, promotional materials, and digital campaigns to support sales efforts.

Reporting: Generate regular sales reports and provide insights to the executive team regarding sales performance, market trends, and opportunities for improvement.

Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a leadership role within the real estate industry, with a focus on residential property sales.

- Strong understanding of the Hyderabad real estate market.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to motivate and manage a sales team effectively.

- Results-driven and committed to achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
