My Client is looking for an exceptional candidate with experience in driving residential sales strategy for the company.
- Develop sales process by planning effective customer mix, positioning, pricing, and payment schedules based on delivery schedules
- Establish a robust framework to ensure effective validation of customer documentation for sale
- Ensure sales maximization through effective management of the sales launch process by providing support to the customer
- Ensure the sales team responds to customer queries for residential projects in a timely manner.
- 12-18 years experience with at least 8 years experience handling the residential sales function in the Real Estate industry.
