Description - Looking to hire an India Sales Leader with 10+ years of experience in Real Estate Leasing/ IPC for a leading organisation in the real estate leasing space.

Client Details:

Our Client is the leading player in office Leasing sector and expanding rapidly. They currently looking to hire passionate India Sales Head to lead the entire office leasing portfolio.

Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the entire portfolio of Office leasing/ co-working space Pan India.

- Lead a team of passionate sales professionals across all levels.

- Work directly with the CEO to drive strategic initiatives, business planning & external partnership opportunities

- Drive Business Development/ Acquisitions through the life cycle of Deal Sourcing, Investment Analysis,

Due-Diligence, Structuring, Negotiations & Closure, pan India

- Financial & Development advisory across all real estate asset in commercial.

Profile:

Successful Candidate:

- Proven track record of achieving sales excellence in the commercial real estate sector, preferably with a background in real estate, such as IPC or substantial experience in real estate leasing, for 10 + years.

- Demonstrated history of consistently achieving targets and exceeding sales goals within the commercial real estate industry.

- Skilled in analyzing data and communicating insights clearly to Indian clients.

- Highly skilled in strengthening stakeholder & client relationships, managed marketing budgets by monitoring expenditure, strategic reviews & implementing corrective action plans

- Currently located in Bangalore or willing to relocate to Bangalore.
