Roles & Responsibilities:-

1. Establish relationships with new customers and secure contracts with new customers that achieve assigned sales quotas and targets.


2. Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales.

3. Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as calling and face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking.

4. Qualify prospects against company criteria for ideal customers and sales.

5. Consult with prospect about business challenges and requirements, as well as the range of options and cost benefits of each.

6. Maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge in order to have meaningful conversations with prospects.

7. Make presentations to senior managers and decision makers

8. Work with technical staff and product specialists where required to address customer requirements -

9. Develop and maintain territory plans which outline how sales targets will be met on an ongoing basis

10. Report on sales activity

11. Keep detailed notes on prospect and customer interactions

12. Provide forecasts on best case and most likely sales volumes over relevant time periods

13. Provide feedback to company management on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending company offerings

14. Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace

Key skills :-

1. Minimum 6 years proven success in Datacenter solution-based selling, preferably related to (Enclosures Solutions, Rack Solution, IT Infrastructure solutions, IT Power management Solutions, Cooling solutions, Environment monitoring systems)

2. Consistent top performer

3. Skills & Abilities : Must be articulate with a demonstrated consultative capability

4. Organized Competitive personality

5. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

6. Critical listener with effective questioning

7. Self-starter that does not need constant supervision to be effective

8. Able to manage high-level activity
