They serve millions of students preparing for exams like GRE, GMAT, Medicals, etc, apart from helping IT professionals and students to become the best in their line.

- With its Indian headquarters in Delhi, and branches at Mumbai and Bengaluru, their sales and network service major cities and remote areas of the country. Their international operations cover the USA, Europe, Asia, Canada, and Australia. They have published works of more than 450 Nobel Laureates in categories across Economics, Chemistry, Peace, Economics, and Physiology among others. Currently, the company has over 4 million articles and 9000+ other books and reference works.

- As a Head of Sales, you will be working autonomously to help all the Business Development teams in the strategic acquisition of new clients and importantly, opening up new sectors such as pharmaceuticals and insurance.

- You will work closely with all our sales teams, Marketing and the wider leadership team as a subject matter expert in building and strengthening and increasing our existing sales capacity.

What you will do:

- Playing a crucial role in the growth of company's client base, attracting new customers and creating strategic partnerships with prospective clients and other stakeholders.

- Together with Global Head BD driving the business development strategy.

- Taking the responsibility for opening new markets and increasing company's market penetration.

- Being a subject matter expert and cross-team collaborator.

- Ensuring that BD team have resources and support to generate leads.

- Suggesting continuous improvement to the existing sales process.

- Building a strong sales pipeline allowing company to build varied and balanced client portfolio.

- Ensuring that as many leads as possible are converted into business opportunities.

- Recording all relevant activity on Salesforce- be Salesforce champion for the BD team and encourage best practice.

- Delivering and exceeding your targets.

What you need to have:

- MBA required

- Previous senior sales experience.

- Willing for moderate PAN India travel

- Impressive track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

- A sales leader with a driven focus on growth.

- Proven track record of developing successful business development strategy.

- Passion for the talent solutions industry and deep understanding of financial services, specifically Investment Banking.

- Demonstrate integrity and respect whilst performing at a senior level.

- Outstanding understanding of the industry and the market.

- Strong communicator with a proven experience of building strong relationships across organisations.
