Job Description :
People
- Identify and nurture good talent, provide resources, create learning opportunities, provide feedback to the Sales team.
- Work with Training, Marketing and Medical team to create & implementing sales training & Competency building initiatives in the sales team in order to assist in nurturing/ building a motivated & competent team.
Financial
- Net realization to be taken care of while quoting rates in tenders
- To achieve assigned targets, forecasting, coordinating with Supply Chain in terms of stock availability
- Determine & negotiate rate contracts, related terms & conditions with the C&F agents
Process
- Proper documentation of the tenders participated with outcome
- Complete documentation in tender to be technically responsive
- Validation by Medical for any submission of document in any institution
- Registration of Sanofi Pasteur in targeted institutions
- Registration of products in these institutions
- Plan, analyze & seek approval on tender application, rate finalization, contractual time frame &policies related to Direct Selling to key government hospitals, ESIC's Armed Forces, Regional Health Collectorates in order to gain market share & assist in deeper market penetration in Key Accounts in Healthcare segments.
- Control and take necessary actions in regard with hospitals Distributors & Liaison agents, in terms of non-compliances to the agreed & implemented systems/ processes.
Customer
- Nurture, lobby & maintain good working relationships with key officials in Trade associations, Healthcare Ministry, Public & Private Hospitals regularly
