Head - Sales - POS - FinTech (12-20 yrs)

Our client is an exciting Fintech Company founded in 2009 and one of the largest SoftPOS provider. Also now making further inroads into the offline payment space through partnership with small merchants.

Position : Sales Head

Location: Delhi/NCR

Experience : 12+ Years

CTC : 45-50 Lakhs

Reporting to Founder

Scope: The Head of Sales will build a go to market strategy for us, whilst building and managing a sales organization and scale revenue to the next level. Will create a plan and run to business.

Key Responsibilities

- Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals

- Will decide the go-to-market strategy

- Should be comfortable with both B2B and B2C sales strategies

- Should have experience in managing Digital outreach through Google, Facebook and other platforms

- Should be able to scale up with external feet-on-street

- Evangelize the product and personally help close largest deals

- Work collaboratively across teams - including Engineering, Product and Marketing

- Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally

Skills and Qualifications:

- Keen on building the organization along with the founder/co-founder

- MBA from a recognized institute

- 12+ years of relevant sales experience

- Go Getter attitude

- Proven experience in managing a team

- Strength in problem-solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
