Position : Sales Head Location: Delhi/NCR Experience : 12+ Years CTC : 45-50 Lakhs Reporting to Founder Scope: The Head of Sales will build a go to market strategy for us, whilst building and managing a sales organization and scale revenue to the next level. Will create a plan and run to business. Key Responsibilities - Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals - Will decide the go-to-market strategy - Should be comfortable with both B2B and B2C sales strategies - Should have experience in managing Digital outreach through Google, Facebook and other platforms - Should be able to scale up with external feet-on-street - Evangelize the product and personally help close largest deals - Work collaboratively across teams - including Engineering, Product and Marketing - Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally Skills and Qualifications: - Keen on building the organization along with the founder/co-founder - MBA from a recognized institute - 12+ years of relevant sales experience - Go Getter attitude - Proven experience in managing a team - Strength in problem-solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
