Head of Sales - PCM (Medical devices)
Job Description:
- Build all plans and strategies for developing and channelizing business and achieving the company's short-term and long-term sales targets.
- Formulation of the selling strategies with an emphasis on segmenting and targeting the potential customer for upselling and positioning the services accordingly.
- Enhancing brand visibility through implementing promotional strategies and personal relation skills.
- Accountable to foresee the delivery of high quality service to the client's for Maximum customer experience and delight in all the satisfaction parameters.
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure the optimization of content to create and hold client interest and potential leads.
- Managing & training the teams for excellent Customer Service delivery, Sales experience, upskilling, and process re-engineering initiatives.
- Responsible for ensuring timely resolution of all executive escalations and client complaints.
- Prepares forecasts and KPI reporting for the sales contributors for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning.
- Work collaboratively across teams - including Social media, digital marketing, CRM, Consult, Marketing etc.
- Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet the sales objectives
- Managing the outbound calling process of leads to maximize efficiencies and Sales
- Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development.
- High Data and Process Orientation for working on the Lead funnels for improving conversion and Sales
- Preparing and presenting various Sales Reports and important analytics to the management.
- Driving team's performance & helping them achieve their KPIs consistently on a monthly basis
Skills required :
- Must be into volume sales (Pan India), handling B2B & B2G.
- Must be from the PCM - PHASE CHANGE MATERIALS division of any Medical devices companies.
