As we embark on this exciting journey, we are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Sales Manager to spearhead our sales efforts in both the Indian and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to establish [Company Name] as a trusted supplier of pharmaceutical APIs in India and key international markets.
- Identify and engage with potential customers, including pharmaceutical manufacturers, distributors, and contract research organizations (CROs), to understand their needs and promote our product offerings.

- Collaborate closely with the leadership team to define pricing strategies, negotiate contracts, and ensure alignment with company objectives.

- Hire, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and challenges, adapting the sales strategy accordingly.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant sales experience, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry landscape, including market trends, regulatory requirements, and competitive dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team toward achieving common goals.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
