Head - Sales - Personal Care

Company Profile :-

Our client is manufacturer of FMCG & Personal Care products and having its Manufacturing facility situated in East Africa. In addition, they operates in Entire East Africa through its own sales network.

Job Responsibility :

1. Direct and coordinate entire company sales functions for entire East Africa which includes direct rout sales along with a branch network as well as a dealer distribution network.

2. Coordinate implementation of digitizing sales cycle and methodology.

3. Research and develop strategies and plans which identify marketing opportunities, direct marketing and new product development.

4. Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs and results.

5. Ensure total sales realization and reduce sales losses.

6. Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets, and oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets.

Desired Candidate : Any Graduate + MBA (preferred) with 15+ years of experience in Sales & Distribution in FMCG - Consumer / Personal Care Products with Reputed companies.
