Sales Head Outbound Contact Center

- Needs to manage an outbound Telesales team across various Banking products.

- Expected to manage around 450 member team with the support of Team Leaders.

- This role is part of Acquisition & Cross Sell Unit of OCC.

- Focus of the unit is to generate revenue through cross-sell and acquisition of retail banking products through propensity based base model or digital leads calling. A large section of the processes are Straight Through whereas others require coordination with multiple stakeholders within the Bank.
