Head - Sales & Operations - Sliding Doors/Ready Made Storatge/Wardrobe Manufacturer - North Region

We currently are hiring a Sales & Operations head for a Russia based company which is in Manufacturing of Sliding Doors/ Ready made Storatge/ Wardrobe etc.

The person will be managing the entire Sales & Operations for North.

Looking for some with Large team handling experience.

Role:

- To reach targeted Monthly Turnover as per Company plan provided by Sales Director Quarter based and Annual.

- To maximize market penetration.

- To set up sales strategic goals and targets for the Branch from time to time.

- Review the achievement of these goals and targets set.

- Build up a Branch sales team.

- Conduct and set up training programs for sales team.

- Co-ordinate with the Marketing team to set up events for showrooms and exhibitions

- Co-ordinate with Accounting, Marketing, Production & Stores teams to work hand in hand with them on Sales.
