We are urgently hiring for the role of Head Sales & Operations profile with a leading Group in Mumbai location.

This person will be the Senior most person heading the organization (Vertical) into Multi Modal Transportation and Warehouse logistics.

ROLE: Head - Sales & Operations

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Revenue Generation and Growth Strategy: Develop and execute growth-focused strategic plans to drive revenue for the MMLP business. Analyze market trends and regional dynamics to identify growth opportunities and tailor sales strategies accordingly.

2. Sales Alignment with Operational Capabilities: Ensure that the sales strategies of NHQ are in sync with the operational capabilities of the logistics park. Establish clear sales targets and objectives that align with the unique market conditions of each MMLP.

3. Resource Allocation Optimization: Analyze sales data and trends to optimize resource allocation for sales teams. Assess the resource distribution and make necessary adjustments in alignment with the changing requirements of the expanding business and the market demands specific to each MMLP.

4. Customer Satisfaction and Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and industry partners at NHQ level. Gather region-specific customer feedback to customize services and improve customer satisfaction at MMLP level. Ensure a customer-centric approach in sales strategies to drive repeat business and referrals.

5. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Use market insights to refine sales approaches and identify new revenue opportunities for MMLPs.

6. Financial Management and Reporting: Monitor and manage the financial performance of each MMLP unit revenue stream, analyzing revenue growth and profitability. Prepare regular reports on revenue, sales performance, and related metrics. Provide financial insights to senior management at NHQ for decision-making and strategy refinement.

7. Team Leadership and Development: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve revenue targets and goals. Provide guidance, coaching, and training to enhance the capabilities and performance of the sales team across all MMLPs.

8.Compliance, Risk Management, and Scalability: Ensure compliance with regional laws, regulations, and industry standards in all sales and operational activities across all MMLPs. Assess and mitigate risks associated with new expansions, addressing legal, operational, and market risks. Develop strategies for scalable operations that can accommodate future growth while maintaining efficiency and effectiveness.

Looking for someone with experience into Multimodal Transportation (Incl. Rail & Roadways) and Warehouses.

Someone who has head the above verticals.
