Head - Sales & Operations (Florist Startup)

- Our client is a high-end luxury florist in Delhi which has recently started operations and is already growing rapidly.

- They specialize in imported flower arrangements for occasions such as birthdays etc. Also, They do events such as dinners/lunches/ parties, corporate events, etc. where they do the entire flower d- cor. The areas they service include Delhi / NCR.

- They are based out of their workshop in Rajokri - which is not open to the public as it is based out of the founder's private residence.

Role : Head Sales & Operations

Position Reports to : Founder

KRA's :

- Grow the business

- Manage Operations

- Make Sales Calls by visiting hotels / other corporates - telling them about the flower services on offer and getting them on board as clients.

- The person must also be willing to speak to clients on WhatsApp, take orders for everyday deliveries / understand event/party requirements, etc., mainly when the founder is traveling/ or occupied with other work, etc.

Candidate Profile :

- Young & dynamic

- Someone very well-spoken in written and spoken English, someone who has perhaps worked in Luxury services before.

- 7 - 12 years of experience in Events / Hotel Sales / Corporate Sales

- Someone who has experience with events would be ideal as they would have connections in the business and also some skills they could lend to our work.

- Flower knowledge is not essential but the person must be gentle, and confident, and can represent our brand in a kind and sophisticated manner.
