About Employer:
We are an early-stage Fintech startup developing Home Loan solutions for Developers and Home Buyers through an all-digital loan processing and matchmaking platform with lending institutions (Banks/HFCs) completely re-imagining the housing loans business. The business offering will solve the complex and time-consuming processing of home loans which
involves multiple checks for eligibility and creditworthiness of customers and property through traditional instruments and documents by an all-digital approach to make this process fast and easy for customers and delivering high productivity for lending institutions.
The current housing market is poised to undertake a generation shift, with planned housing plans across urban and non-urban markets, initiatives towards Housing for all, PMAY, development of new urban centers, infra, and industry push from the government. This is going to translate into high growth in housing finance, related fin-tech, and service provider space, an opportunity which is less likely to present again.
Co-founders come with vast experience in housing finance and real estate space. The company has already secured seed funding and is tied up for a large number of customer home loan inquiries. In the current stage, we are developing leadership in various functions that will own the growth and induction of respective teams. Our plan is to have a 50 members team in the first year.

Job Description:
The National Sales Head will be a Head of Department - Sales & Operation for The organization, managing the entire sales team and sales operations, and reporting to the CEO. The incumbent will be responsible for setting up Call Centre operations, leading the sales team, and managing the entire P&L, with a strong focus on driving sales and optimizing operations. (S)he will have a team of Sales Managers/ Team leaders and work closely with the CEO and Management to drive business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end of the business goal including set-up to operations and sales, with overall P&L responsibility
- Work with founders and business development team to identify and set up new stores at rapid pace in strategic locations PAN India Level.
- Set up and manage sales channels and sales team.
- Recruit individual Sales managers and TLs.
- Drive sales targets for each store, meeting individual and collective business targets of Sales, Profitability and Brand awareness.
- Optimize and manage operations at Channels to ensure service levels and maintain supply chain efficiency and meet operational working capital cycle targets
- Manage entire sales team
Desired Skills and Expertise:
- 15+ year experience as Senior Management/ Leadership in sales i.e. National Sales / Regional sales / operations manager in a retail / FMCG business
- Experience of building and managing large and diverse teams
- Strong flexibility and problem-solving skills, with independent ownership and result orientation
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment to plan and manage a variety of projects
- Commercial insight and understanding
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and demonstrate creativity and intellectual flexibility in an uncertain and rapidly changing environment
Qualifications: MBA from top Tier B-School
Experience: 10+ year experience in Sales & Operations, having managed large business verticals independently
